Trouw Nutrition Indonesia Objectives Manages sales of the company’s products for ruminant and services in within a defined geographic area or province for Asia Pacific Role. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Main Tasks 1. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 2. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies; analyzing trends and results. 3. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. 4. Responsible for the performance and development of the sales person for ruminant. 5. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 6. Identify potential customers in the sale zone and develop a business development plan to reach them. 7. Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Team and activity performance regarding with ruminant business. 8. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, costs, competition, supply-demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and activity reports. 9. Assists Sales Team in preparation of proposals and presentations about ruminant business. 10. Lead a shared-value dairy project including management roles for key dairy integrators and technical support with KUD’s Indonesia. Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position Education: Bachelor degree in animal husbandry Working Experience: 6 (six) of more years of experience in sales related with animal nutrition industry Technical & Professional Knowledge (or certification): Competencies Core Competencies: 1. Strong communication skills (English) in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation 2. Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions 3. Have selling awareness according to customer needs 4. Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’ 5. Building relationship skill Job Related Competencies: 1.
