INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS LED FRAME-IN KIT
CAUTION: Read and understand these instructions before installing fixture. This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National
Electric Code and local regulation: To assure full compliance with local codes and regulations, check with your local electrical inspector before
installation. To prevent electrical shock, turn off electricity at fuse box before proceeding. Retain these instructions for maintenance reference.
A. MOUNTING BAR: For suspended ceiling
1. Position the notch in the mounting frame on top of the T-bar
ceiling. (Fig.1)
2. Use wing nut to adjust mounting bar length and mounting
frame height. (Fig.2)
3. To lock mounting frame on the T-Bar. Using pliers, bend
mounting bar at 90°, and attach with a metal wire. (Fig.3).
B. MOUNTING BAR: For wood joist
1. Using pliers, bend the end of the mounting bars at 90°.
(Fig.4)
2. Screw in #6 min. screws in the joist through mounting holes.
(Fig.4)
3. Using the wing nut, adjust height and length. (Fig.2)
4. Once the gypsum board is installed, unscrew the wing nut
and complete the adjustment. (Fig.2)
Note: ½ EMT tubes (not supplied) can be used instead of
the mounting bars (supplied), remove mounting bars and
replace ½ EMT tubes. (Fig.5)

E. TO REPLACE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS:
For LED driver 120V or 277V (Fig.10,11)
1. Turn off the power at the breaker.
2. Remove the LED driver encloser from the junction box, disconnect
wire leads. (Fig.10)
3. Unscrew the (4) screws of the cover (Fig.11) and the (2) screws
of the LED driver.
4. Undo the connection and replace the LED driver. (Fig.11)
For 347V to 120V step down transformer: (Fig.10,12)
1. Turn off the power at the breaker.
2. Remove the LED driver encloser, disconnect wires connected to
the step down transformer, disassembled the step down cover and
replace it.

C. WIRE-IN:
1. Remove the appropriate “Pry-out plug”. (Fig.6)
Note: For models with step down transformer, remove pry-out
located on the same side as the step down transformer
2. Insert the supply lead into the junction box with the “BX”
connector (not provided). (Fig.7)
3. Connect the ground lead.
D. WIRE-IN:
For LED driver 120V or 277V (Fig.8)
1. Connect the white (neutral) wires together, and the black
(120V or 277V) wires together.
For 347V to 120V step down transformer models (Fig.9)
2. Connect the white (neutral) wires together, and the black (347V)
wires together.
