As Lean M aster is he actively training and consulting in building projects within the German automobile industry. He analyzes construction processes with a small team to enhance efficiency in handling of critical milestones and cost-intensive construction projects. M artin Fiedler is a member of the German Lean Construction Institute and is currently designing technical guidelines for Lean Construction within the VDI council – the Association of German Engineers. As advisor for two M aster theses is he contributing to Lean Construction theory and process design. Dr. Ulrich Hermann, Dr. Ulrich Hermann (1966) is CEO of Wolters Kluwer Germany since 2005. Since 2009 M r. Hermann is also Regional M anaging Director Legal & Regulatory Solutions Central Europe. As CEO of Wolters Kluwer Germany, M r. Hermann has successfully transformed the German legal and regulatory business with a substantial portfolio shift from a print -based publishing into today’s online and software-driven information solution provider and has built a substantial tax&accounting position in Germany. Prior to his position at Wolters Kluwer Germany, M r. Hermann was Executive Board M ember of the professional publishing arm of Süddeutscher M edia Corporation. Before that, he headed Bertelsmann Springer’s international B2B business as Executive Vice President. M r. Hermann has more than 14 years of experience in the information and publishing industry. M r. Hermann holds a M aster’s degree in M echanical Engineering from the University of Aachen, Germany and M .I.T. Cambridge, USA, as well as a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. In 2004, he founded the Institute for Industrial Information M anagement at the University of Aachen, where he serves as director. Ulrich Heun Ulrich Heun (1965) is CEO and Founder of CARM AO GmbH, located in Limburg/Lahn. After working many years as software engineer for a local chemical plant and a german consulting company he gained experience at french and US-American software companies as project and team manager he established CARM AO GmbH in 2003 as a consulting, service and training company for information security, information risk management, compliance, data privacy, business continuity and IT-service continuity management. As one of his latest projects he established as co-founder and managing director BCL Business Campus Limburg GmbH as a regional educational institute to provide bachelor and master degree courses as well as business-related seminars.
