Institute of Engineering & Technology, the First self-financed
college of Rajasthan and promoted by the All India Society for
Advance Education & Research, New Delhi was established in
the year 1998 at Alwar. The college is approved by AICTE and is
an ISO 9001:2000 institute. All the branches of Engineering EC,
EIC, CS, IT and MBA course are NBA accredited. The IET
Group of Institutions includes two Engineering Institutes, a
Pharmacy College, a Bio-technology College and a Management
College. The Engineering colleges are rendering Technical
Education of seven Engineering Branches at UG level and five
branches at PG level – a rare combination available for education
in private sector in whole of Northern India.
The IET Group is managed by a group of visionary professionals
lead by its Chairman Dr. V.K. Agarwal, (MBBS, MD, MBA)
with a vision to fulfill Stupendous Educational Standards in
Northern India. The group is supported by Dr. Manju Agarwal

beautiful
surroundings.
ALWAR City Palace has
graceful marble pavilions set
on lotus flower bases in the central courtyard. Once this palace
was part of the Maharajas ornate lifestyle and housed, among
other things, a drinking cup cut out of a single emerald in its
treasury and a mammoth, double storied four-elephant carriage in
its stables.
The palace Museum has a
wonderful
collection
of
exhibits of personal wealth of
the Maharajas of Alwar and
some
rare
manuscripts
including
an
illustrated
Mahabharata on a 200-footlong scroll. There are some
fine RAGAMALA paintings
& miniatures from the Alwar,
Bundi, & Mughal School.
