Conference Overview
The Center of Leadership in Disability (CLD) at Georgia State University is hosting the 2016
Autism Conference & Exposition of Georgia April 14-15th in Peachtree City, Georgia. The
purpose of the conference is to translate research into sustainable community practices that
contribute to independent, self-determined, inclusive, and productive lives for people with
disabilities and their families. This conference is an important strategy in the implementation
of the Autism Plan of Georgia. We invite you to support us in our efforts by becoming a
sponsor of Autism Conference & Exposition of Georgia. Your contributions will ensure that
individuals and family members living with autism will be able to attend and participate in
this event.
Autism Plan of Georgia
The Autism Plan of Georgia envisions a high-quality, family and person-centered,
comprehensive, and coordinated systems of services and supports that are accessible and
available to all children, youth and adults with autism and related conditions. These services
and supports are community-based, geographically convenient, culturally and linguistically
appropriate, and are designed to assist children to reach their full potential and improve their
quality of life. These systems require financial support from federal, state, and local
governments, as well as the private sector, which are more likely to be provided when the
community understands their importance, views them as cost effective, and feels that they are

Sponsorship Conditions
Sponsorship funds will contribute to the promotion, planning and operation of the event.
Funds will be used to subsidize the cost components such as printing, promotion, purchasing
of supplies, etc.
Sponsorship conditions are negotiable and the event organizers are open to discussion of
other special requirements or sponsor benefits.
Sponsors are responsible for producing and providing their own promotional materials.
Sponsorship dollars are required to be paid in full within seven business days of signing the
Sponsorship Agreement. Checks should be made out to GEORGIA STATE UNIVERSITY.

Sponsorship Conditions:
