AES “WOLF” is our exclusive, USA manufactured, flush, top access cleanroom
Walk-On Light Fixture designed specifically for integration into our AES
2” or 3” Walk-On Ceiling System.
The “WOLF” is designed with safety in mind. With a flush top and structural
reinforcement built-in, the AES “WOLF” prevents a potential trip hazard
that exists with other units, and possible fall through while servicing the
fixture with the lid off. These features eliminate the need for costly and
cumbersome after-market cages or barriers that are often built on top of
other lights.
These easy to clean fixtures meet IP65 ingress protection ensuring both
protection against particulate contamination and integrity of pressurized
plenums where applicable. The unit is designed to meet the highest
cleanliness standards and most stringent cleaning protocols, including
those that may involve caustic chemicals and extreme abrasion.

AES “WOLF” - Walk-On Light Fixture for Cleanrooms
HOUSING:
“Z” frame housing assembly constructed of 16-gauge
cold rolled steel, four piece welded construction with
white TGIC polyester powder coat finish. Housing
assembly includes cross channels to prevent fall
through. Housing undergoes a 5 step pre-treatment
and is salt spray tested for 1,000 hours.
WALK-ON LOAD CAPACITY:
Fixture static testing resulted in sustained load up to
400 psf.
Transverse load testing of fixtures installed in AES
ceiling panel resulted in maintained load of 75 psf.
TOP ACCESS DOOR:
Full size lift off lid, 16-gauge cold rolled steel door has
flanged return and D-ring recessed finger latches. Door
is secured to the “Z” frame housing with stainless steel
flat head screws recessed in the door.
LENS FRAME:
One-piece 18 gauge cold rolled steel lens frame with
60 degree beveled perimeter construction with white
TGIC polyester powder coat finish. Lens frame attaches
to “Z” frame housing internally, with no fasteners visible
from roomside. Tethered via stainless steel aircraft
cables connected to light housing.
LENS:
.125” #12 high impact prismatic acrylic lens, sealed
and secured with continuous retention system. Lens
orientation smooth side out.
GASKET:
One-piece closed cell extruded silicone gasket seals
lens frame to ceiling structure and silicone gasket seals
top access door to housing.
ELECTRICAL:
Electronic ballast(s) <10% THD standard Instant Start,
Wireway hole provided with hub/ring assembly.
LAMP: F32T8 lamps. (F28T5 optional)
INSTALLATION:
Fixture designed to fit 2” thick AES Walk-On Ceiling
System. (Optional 3” fixture available for AES 3” thick
Walk-On Ceiling System)
LISTINGS: UL and CUL Listed for wet location. UL Certified IP65. National Sanitation Foundation
Listed - NSF2 Splash/Non-Food Zone. Tested to ISO 5 Cleanroom Standard (Class 100).
