Purpose of Position
This is a fast-paced role ideal for a motivated problem solver who’s looking to utilize
excellent IT skills and gain ongoing experience in the dynamic world of online
advertising.
Working as an Integration/Technical Support Analyst within the Technical Services
department, you will be assisting in launching some of the top brands onto our network
by means of providing a high level of Technical Support during the Integration Process.
Additionally, you will be providing comprehensive, ongoing support for both internal and
external clients to ensure all performance marketing campaigns operate at maximum
efficiency.
Key Tasks
Key responsibilities within this technical role include:







Assisting advertisers launch affiliate marketing campaigns on the Affiliate Window
network by providing detailed and thorough Technical Integration Support.
Testing and debugging the advertiser implementations of our proprietary tracking
code for errors and provide feedback on possible solutions. Create and update
integration tickets for all assigned integrations as campaigns proceed towards
launch. Peer review fellow team members' work prior to technical sign-off of
launching campaigns.
Provide ongoing client support to internal and external teams for active
campaigns. Provide prompt, high level technical application support to internal
colleagues, affiliates and merchants via email, phone, live chat, and internal
ticketing systems.
Assist in testing of new development features and provide ongoing technical
education and training to internal staff.
Assist in administration of technical documents and knowledge base used
internally and externally.
Ability to meet attendance standards set forth by management.
Maintain effective working relationships with managers, fellow employees, and
external clients.

Requirements




IT related degree or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, PHP, ActionScript, or similar
languages.
Good working knowledge of MySQL with an ability to write optimized SQL
queries.
Premium interpersonal and communication skills.



Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a globally distributed
workforce.
Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Experience working in a customer service role.
