Breaking torque wrench
"Torqueleader" TBNS2 and TBNS10 are breaking torque wrenches that gradually break when the torque is reached
and thereby reduces the additional torque. The torque wrench is well adapted for light assembly production and is only
available without a scale. The torque wrenches are equipped with a removable collar that gives the freedom to choose
breaking angles of either 20° with automatic return or 90° with manual return. The tool satisfies or exceeds the latest
ISO 6789 standard. The torque wrenches can only be supplied with calibration certificate with permanently mounted
end spanner. This series is also offered with signal transmission when the torque is reached. When the torque wrench
trips a switch is activated and the tool sends a fixed current signal indicating the tool has tripped. This signal can be used
as an acknowledgement that the torque wrench has tightened the torque or used to light a lamp or be sent to a PLCsystem further processing. Signal transmission can be performed via cable or via radio (see table for more information).
Torque wrenches without signal transmission are ESD-approved. The torque wrench is supplied without a spanner as
standard.

Electronic E-Torcl torque wrench
"Rahsol" The E-Torc is an adjustable microprocessor - controlled electronic torque wrench designed for todays high
industrial demands. With a robust, yet light format (some parts are made of carbon fibre) solutions are offered with
torque or torque and angle measurement without reference arm. A swivelling display (120°) facilitates read-off. Via
a measurement system with compensation the torque wrench is length independent within its measurement range. Limit
values and target torque can be programmed on the torque wrench, which using a visual, audio and vibration signal indicates when the set torque has been reached, ideal for use in noisy environments. Possible application areas are inspection and or quality assurance. Specific torque/angle torque wrenches are suitable as back-up tools on production lines.
The tools can store up to 2000 measurements. Data stored includes the date, time and measurement value. The torque
wrenches are supplied with software for information management on the PC platform. Two-way data communication

"Torqueleader" Torque screwdrivers without scale, slipping mechanism for "Clean Room" environments. When the environment requires "Clean Room" tools, we offer a series of torque screwdrivers that meet
the demands according to Clean Room Class 100. The handles are made of anodised aluminium with FTFE Coating. All
steel components are either made of high grade stainless steel or coated with a protective film to prevent corrosion.
Seals and lubricants (special filtered) are adapted for this type of activity. Presettable torque screwdrivers for easy assembly/production. Screwdriver set using a measurement instrument. Slipping mechanism ensures the correct torque
on the joint. Right and left action. The tool satisfies and exceeds the latest ISO 6789 standard and is supplied with a

the counterhold arm/base you can use the torque multiplier better and in doing so, reach higher torque when using

"Norbar" The PTM-52-series is developed with regard to ergonomic working methods. Low weight combined with
high speed and stall (not impact) drive gives a tool that facilitates work with higher torque. The torque is easily set
by adjusting the air pressure according to the supplied graph (torque/bar). On models with internal regulators a suitable
measurement instruments is used for the torque setting. Replaceable square drives for easy and cost efficient service.

"Christie" Our hydraulic impact wrenches are robust and ideal for industrial use. Double acting function ensures the
correct return and full stroke length during each tightening action. The tools can be offered up to above 100.000 Nm.
Due to the robust design the hydraulic body can also be used as a counterhold when space is confined. The hydraulic

"Tentec" A large problem when tightening joints is friction. When using a bolt tensioner you avoid the problem of
friction and work directly with clamping force. When you use one or more tensioners at the same time you can guarantee a correctly tightened joint.
Topside Bolt tensioner is a flexible and cost effective system where the tool is mounted on top of the bolt using a
tensioning insert that tensions the bolt to the required pretension via hydraulic pressure.
These have a modular design and can be used with several different inserts. Each load cell is self-sealing and seal adjustment is not necessary. The belt tensioner is secured when the stroke level is exceeded.

is correctly tightened. The top mounted locking collar gives the possibility of access even when assembling in holes.

"Yokota" The Poke Yoke System checks the torque by measuring the incoming air pressure in the motor. By measuring the air pressure the electronics discover when the torque builds up and then activates the "timer" which affects
the shutoff. The adjustment of the "timer" is adapted to whether the joint is hard of soft. In addition, the control box
discovers whether the screw has already been tightened or whether the machine is switched off in advance. The torque
is adjusted using the machines adjuster screw. Through the torque setting of the machine and parameters in the control
box YTC-2 a reliable shutoff of the required torque is obtained. On a completed screw cycle the operator receives a
green lamp and a signal that informs everything is okay (OK). With incorrect tightening the operator receives a red lamp
and a signal informing that something is wrong (NOK). Brochure on request.

System solution YETC-200
"Yokota" YETC-200 system solution checks the tightness of bolted joints electronically. The system is based on an
air-hydraulic power driver equipped with a rotary transducer. The transducer measures the torque on the output drive
axle and sends a signal electronically to the control unit. Using a pressure equaliser the controller shuts down the tool
when the required torque is reached.
The microprocessor in YETC-200 receives the signal and determines whether the set demands have been satisfied or
not. The operator can be informed via audio and visual signals about the status of the tightened bolted joint. The equipment can handle up to 8 different programmed groups and each group can handle up to 99 bolted joints. YETC-200 is
easily programmed using either the display or via a PC with YETC-software. A printer can be connected to document
the results or these can be transferred to a PC. The PC software also includes the possibility to produce different types
of diagrams/graphs.

"Cooper-Cleco" Cooper TME and TMEM tightening equipment are designed to correctly tighten bolted joints when
high demands are required. The system has a modular design giving greater flexibility. TME manages both single applications with a hand held or fixed machines in jigs and more complicated joints that require multi-spindle, interconnected
power drivers. TMEM manages applications with hand held or fixed machines in jigs. Both systems feature the advanced
Cleco Tightening Manager System, that prevents results deviating from the set required target. The result is documented

"Torqueleader" DM and TCA analysers are basic mechanical analysers to check torque screwdrivers and small

"Rahsol" A flexible control measurement instrument for both clockwise and anti-clockwise torque measurement. The

"Norbar" Type TST. Complete instrument with integrated torque transducer for testing and calibration of small
torque tools (up to 25 Nm divided over three models). Also includes a joint simulator to check and test screw and nut
runners. The instrument also has an extra output for transducers with automatic transducer recognition (Norbar transducers) which is activated via a push button. The instrument is preprogrammed for different types of torque tools (control torque wrenches, click torque wrenches, screw and angle wrench, pulsating tools) which are activated by pressing
the symbol display. The instrument features adjustable limit values with visual and audio signals with approved or non
approved values. Supplied with integrated battery and possibility to connect an AC current 90-264 Volt. The number of
pulses is also tested when checking pulsating tools. Adjustable filter frequency for different application areas. Can also
be used for continuous monitoring, in tracking mode the torque value is measured and registered 11 times per second.
Analogue output for external OK/NOK signals. Password protected. Accuracy ± 0.1% of read value (class 0.2) 10-100%
of measured value, ± 1%.

"Norbar" Type Pro-Test. A robust and basic measurement instruments designed to check torque wrenches in factory environments. Transducer and display are separate and can be easily changed if you require more transducers. The
display is illuminated and indicates the measured values with large, easy-to-read digits. Pro-Test offers three different
working modes, tracking for continuous measurement, first top value (where the torque wrench "clicks" and second
top value (the highest measured value). The software contains 10 different language, among which one is Swedish. Accuracy is ±0.5% (Class 1) from 20-100% of the transducers area and ±1% (Class 2) from 5-20% of the transducers area.
All transducers supplied with accredited Calibration certificate. All instruments have RS-232C computer outputs for
transfer to a PC/printer.
* As standard the transducer is supplied with an accredited clockwise calibration certificate. Anti-clockwise calibration
can be offered if necessary.

Standard static torque transducer
"Norbar" Standard static torque transducer uses the same concept as the FMT-transducer with integrated chips for
automatic recognition of the measurement instrument (Norbar). They offer greater versatility due to their cylindrical
design. Can be used together with table fixtures. Supplied with accredited calibration certificate (UKAS), Accuracy ±0.5%
(Class 1) of read value 20-100% of transducers capacity. Ideally used with instrument TTT (art. no. 12130-0107).
The tables transducer can be offered with mv/V calibration for use with other instruments Norbar suffix .IND.

Testing device for torque wrenches
"Rahsol" The testing device is used to check torque wrenches and to guarantee precise calibration according to DIN
EN ISO 6789. Supplemented with torque wrench tester E-TP 8624. By using the testing device hand crank variations
that occur during calibration can be reduced. A sliding reaction point means that the side loads that affect the torque
wrench can be minimised. Large torque wrenches can be calibrated and or checked without problem. The testing device
can be disassembled for transporting purposes.

Service and calibration of torque wrenches
We offer calibration, service and repair of all torque wrenches and makes available on the market (under the condition
that spare parts are available). Naturally our calibration is carried out according to applicable standards for torque
wrenches (ISO 6789) and traceability certificates are issued. When necessary, the torque wrench is adjusted during calibration, so as a customer you receive a correct torque wrench in return. When major repairs are necessary we always
contact the customer before starting work.

In order to ensure the correct multiplication of the torque multiplier and give a long life to the tool it is appropriate to
carry out maintenance and possible calibration of the torque multiplier. We offer these services. During calibration we
perform a test where we check the torque against calibrated torque wrenches and measure both the torque and actual
multiplication. Naturally the calibration includes a traceable calibration protocol.

Service and calibration of torque measurement equipment
We carry out the calibration of torque sensors and measuring instruments. Via our contact network we can offer the
calibration of torque sensors in different accuracy classes depending on our customers needs. As a part of our service
the torque sensors are inspected on our equipment to ensure that the probability of the sensor being correct before
costs for calibration are incurred. We cooperate with accredited measurement laboratories in Sweden, England, Germany and Italy. In addition to the services below, we also offer anti-clockwise calibration when necessary as well as conformity testing of measuring instruments. Please ask if you have other wishes.
* The calibration of Norbar torque equipment also includes the repair and adjustment of torque sensors when possible
to repair. When adjusting, measured values are documented before and after adjustment. Freight to and from England
is included in the price.

Training - torque technology
An important part in overall quality assurance within torque tightening is knowledge of handling torque tools. In recent
years we have trained a large number of users of torque products. Courses last for one day and are aimed towards
fitters, designers, inspectors, production technicians and purchasers. Over and above standard courses we also offer
customer adapted training. Depending on the need we put together a program that suits the customers normal working
day. Please ask.
The courses include, among others:

Discusses the interacting forces applied to a bolted joint and what happens to the bolted joint.

A description of the different choices you should consider.

Describes how you should work with torque tools and how you should assure the good quality of your joints.
