It’s classic tic-tac-toe—with a time-telling twist! Simply cut out and laminate the tic-tac-toe
board, question cards and game pieces. Put them in a resealable plastic bag and place them in
a center for students to use. Be sure to include the instructions below and the answer key!

How to Play Tic-Tac-Time!:
1. Choose nine question cards and place them in the squares on the board.
2. Take the “X” game pieces, and give the “O” game pieces to your partner.
3. Take turns choosing a card, reading the question, and giving your answer.
If you answer correctly, place one of your game pieces on top of the card on
the board. If you answer incorrectly, leave the question card uncovered.
4. The first player to cover three question cards in a horizontal, vertical, or
diagonal row wins the game!
