OD Assessment Framework for 5 Caribbean Open Data Sector Studies is based
on the Common Assessment Framework for Open Data (Web Foundation &
GovLab NYU 2014 +)*: as basis for methodological tools, harmonisation of
research questions and collaborations to deepen OD research & understanding
