In an application filed by Indira Gandhi Bhartiya Mahila Vikas Sahakari Sakhar
Karkhana Ltd, the Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) at Pune permitted IDBI Bank to
proceed with the auction proposed to be held on August 29, 2016, but directed IDBI Bank not to
confirm the sale till September 9, 2016. Hence, persons participating in the sale may please note
that the e-auction shall be held on August 29, 2016 between 11 am to 1 pm (as mentioned in the
tender document) but confirmation of sale shall be subject to the orders of Hon’ble Tribunal. All
other terms remain the same. A copy of the order passed by DRT is attached.
