This is the same frame interpolation technology that EPSON perfected for
its premium home cinema projectors. This eliminates motion blur for sports
and other rapidly moving imagery by analyzing the image data and inserting
an interim frame to smooth the picture.
Epson's super resolution technology gives razor sharp images even when
projecting low resolution content onto large screens. Rapid motion remains
crisp since image data is processed frame by frame.

Long-life, easy-to-replace lamps & filter
The projectors are equipped with long-life
lamps of 2,500 hours (Normal mode) or
3,500 hours (Eco mode). They can be
replaced quickly with no tools and without
having to uninstall the projector from the
ceiling.
The long-life, maintenance-free filter is
rated at 10,000 hours. When the time does
come to change the filter, it is as easy as it
could be: just remove the side cover.
Easy lens replacement (6 optional lenses)
Black color case *Not Applicable to EB-Z8000WU / EB-Z8050W / EB-Z8150
The adoption of a bayonet mount makes lens replacement a cinch.
Black models have been newly added to EPSON's lineup of white
models. It fits in various scene such as dark space. Besides, thanks to its
black color, scratch or dirt on the surface of the projector doesn't easily
stand out, so black case will be very useful for event and rental.
Using optional lenses, the projectors can handle projection distances near
and far. (Projection range: 2.0m to 21.17m, with 120 inch/16:10 screen)
The standard lens is equipped with 1.6x zoom, allowing a broader projection
distance range.

When projecting on large screens, this function makes it easy to quickly
and precisely correct any vertical or horizontal bowing distortion of the
projected image.
Centered lens
A centered lens eliminates lots of installation hassle.
- It is a snap to align the ceiling mount post, the center of
the projector, and the center of the screen.
- There's no need to consider the lens offset from the
projector center.
Point correction *Not Applicable to EB-Z8000WU / EB-Z8050W
Correct misalignment on screen when using multiple projectors, and
distortion when using a single projector. Even with large screens, you
can still quickly ¿ne-tune the image, adjusting point by point from right
to left or up and down, using a projected 9 x 9 matrix at a maximum.
Lens shift makes adjustments a snap
It is easy to adjust the projection with a maximum vertical lens shift of 70% (up and down) and maximum horizontal lens shift of 20% (left and right).
This permits users to have flexibility in projector and screen placement.

Flexible installation
Split Screen allows inputs from two separate sources to be displayed
side by side on the same screen. In a video conference, for example,
images of presentation materials and remote participants can be
shown simultaneously.
Projector installation can be flexibly adjusted upward, downward, and
through a 360° range. Used it anywhere for signage or display areas.

Network Management
EB-Z8000 series are dual lamp projector which use two high wattage lamps
(330W). The second lamp ensures that the projection is not interrupted even
if one lamp should go out for some reason.
With Epson Network monitoring and control software, from a single PC you
can see which projectors are available and if they are running efficiently,
even across the biggest networks.
Your EB-Z8000 series projector can be configured remotely, and you can
receive instant email alerts for pre-defined critical indicators such as
non-functioning devices or overheating lamps. You can also access the
projector's serial number remotely via LAN/serial connection.
