Product information
Optics
Compact design floodlight, with integrated ballast, for
high-intensity discharge lamps up to 250W and wide-beam
reflector with lamp mounted parallel to the support bracket.
A roadway-type reflector, up to 150W, is optional for
urban lighting.
Optical assembly sealed providing IP65, comprising:
Lens: flat tempered glass lens sealed with silicone to the door.
Reflector: aluminium reflectors with two optics available, a
broad rectangular and a roadway-type beam.
Gasket: EPDM gasket between housing and door.
Luminaire & ballast are supplied and tested by GE, ensuring
the best possible product quality. GE lamps can be ordered
separately.
Maintenance
Application: For lighting of sports tracks, car parks, building
facades, railway platforms, storage areas, etc. For smaller
streets, mounting the floodlight on facades.
Structures and materials
Housing: In two parts (housing and door) in die-cast
aluminium, electrostatically sprayed with a polyester powder
paint finish, following anti-corrosion priming, and oven
cured at 180ºC.
Standard colour: RAL 9011 black.
Access door: Hinged, detachable.
Electrical and gear compartment
Ballast: Integrated ballast in high power factor. With
a protection degree IP65.
Gear tray: For Mercury Vapor, HPS and Metal Halide (MH)
lamps up to 250W. Consult for mounting with HPS or MH
double-ended lamps.
Mounting receptacle with PG-13.5 cable gland.
Insulation: Class I.
Front access to lamp and control gear.
Screw opening of luminaire. Optional tool-less opening.
Installation
Mounting by way of heavy-gauge steel bracket with aiming
degree indicator.
Aiming by way of integrated sight.
Accessories/options
• Optional tool-less opening by means of stainless steel
latches (R).
• The floodlight may incorporate a fuse. FUS option.
• Accessories for glare control visors and louvres,
polycarbonate vandal shields, wire guards, etc.
