The DP95 is an RTD thermometer that
combines high precision at an extremely
competitive price. The DP95 features
0.001°C resolution with an accuracy of
0.05°C over the entire temperature
range of -200 to 850°C. It accepts up to
four RTD probe inputs. Each of the four
probes can be individually linearized
based on either: entering Ro and selecting
alphas are selected from 25, 385, 390,
392 or 3916; or entering appropriate
coefficients may when ITS-90, IPTS-68
or the Callendar Van Dusen linearization
is selected. The DP95 is capable of

providing probe resistance to a resolution
of one part per million. It also computes
advanced floating-point mathematical
algorithms and displays conversion to
temperature (Ω to °C). Optional interface
includes RS-232C communications
interface which allow the user to
interface directly with a PC or can be
used for printing or datalogging.
A 1 mV/°C analog signal is also
available for probe 1, which allows
direct connection to recording devices.
When used with the Precision Laboratory
Probe as the standard probe (probe 1),
the total system accuracy is less than
0.10°C up to 200°C and less than 0.20°C
at 400°C. The Precision Laboratory Probe
comes standard with a NIST Traceable
Calibration Report which provides
temperature vs. resistance polynomial
constants that are programmed into the
DP95, virtually eliminating probe error.
The report includes resistance vs.
temperature data over the entire range of
-183 to 500°C in one-degree increments.
