Complete turnkey systems to thoroughly clean, dehydrate and degas lube oils, transformer and insulating oils and hydraulic fluids
Trailer systems for completely purifying insulating oils for transformers, oil filled circuit breakers and load tap changers. These systems are available in a variety of configurations with process flow rates ranging from 5-100 GPM and are capable of removing nearly all free and dissolved water, dissolved gases, and carbon fines to restore dielectric strength.
The onboard Thermo-Vac system is available in High-Vac or Low Vac models with vacuum level capability ranging from
0.5-2.0 Torr. Absolute rated 1 micron filters are used to remove carbon fines and low watt density insulated oil heaters from 16KW-224KW are available.

The system shown in the example photo is equipped with a 20 GPM Thermo-Vac
Oil Purification System, a 550 gallon oil storage and processing tank and a 65KW diesel generator.
