Tasks
1. Has a responsibility as a team member and applies knowledge and competences to a variety of activities.
2. Works according to a given task description and performs as active contributor in problem solving.
3. Independently solves applied research, engineering and technology problems by using theoretical knowledge.
4. Works to improve operations and increase customer satisfaction according to incoming request.
5. Perform design analysis and calculations
6. Designs based on lean manufacturing methodologies, safety, and reliability.
7. Design electrical systems for low voltage switchgear such as Main-Tie-Main transfer schemes, control schemes, and other relay schemes.
8. Work with Electrical Engineer (E-Plan) to develop circuit diagrams and macros for MNS-E.
9. Support lab and test engineers in electrical questions and
UL circuit diagrams.
Requirements
Education – Professional accreditation at engineering areas; electrical, electromechanical, robotics.
Experience on – University graduated or + 3-5 years of experience done on Research & Development, Technology,
Product, Design, Application Engineering areas.
Expertise Level – Intermediate on new products development, re-design, improvement of existing and/or customized products to fulfill standards and/or customers requirements.
Other language – English advanced level, to understand written technical specifications and literature and provide oral and written technical information / feedback.
Other language – Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese is a plus.
Skills – Solidworks experience; E-Plan experience is a plus, strong electrical and electronic knowledge, experience and application bases; Proficient with MS Word, Excel;
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills; understanding of power electrical equipment motor control centers and/or

switchgear or combination is a plus; perform electrical and mechanical calculations for analysis; knowledge and understanding of UL, ANSI, and iEEE standards; knowledge of laboratory and electrical measurement equipment
