Adapter kits to mount lights in headlight assembly are sold separately. Use kit model QL64MHL with QL64XF lights.
QuadraFlare QL64XF models include an internal flasher. Chrome trim ring QL64MC is sold separately.
Additional mid-ship lights may be required to maintain a horizontal distance of less than 25 feet between adjacent lower level optical warning devices.
Amp draw stated at “steady-on” for lightheads. During normal operation, amp draw of flashing lightheads may be as much as 50% lower than stated amount.

NFPA 1901 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
When mounted in accordance with the standard, the systems offered above are certified by Federal Signal Corporation to meet the Large Apparatus Upper Level lighting
requirements of the “NPFA 1901 Standard for Automotive Fire Apparatus, 2009 edition” as described in Chapter 13, titled “Low Voltage Electrical Systems and Warning
Devices”. This certification is based on tests performed b y Federal Signal Corporation which demonstrate that these systems, when functioning properly, shall meet or
exceed the minimum optical power requirements of the standard. This document, when properly completed, serves as your certification from Federal Signal Corporation.
