OVERVIEW /
GENERAL PHILOSOPHY
Berakah Vineyard Management [BVM] is a market leader in all aspects of vineyard
operations, from vineyard establishment through to cost-leading vineyard
management and wine company relationship management.
Our long standing collaboration with a large group of New Zealand’s leading winemakers provides
the knowledge, insight and confidence that we are delivering industry best practice that is focussed
on the creation of distinctive, & sustainable wines that reach & exceed market’s expectations.
We are able to deliver market leading efficiencies into the vineyard aspect of the wine supply chain
with no quality compromises. We do this through the streamlining of vineyard operations, sharing
of scale economies across our client base & through the execution of timely & well informed
management decisions. By re-writing the rule book, we consistently deliver vineyard operational
cost savings that exceed traditional industry benchmarks.

LEAN VINEYARD
MANAGEMENT
It is important to ensure there is no confusion between;
a. Compromising vineyard health and fruit quality through enforced or ill-conceived
cost cutting exercises, and
