FERMENTATION:
Small open top stainless steel fermenters. The cap was punched down
two times per day by hand. The wine was transferred to American oak
barrels to complete fermentation.

The Jack Red Wine is delicious aromas of black cherries, raspberries,
plum and spice box with a touch of vanilla and clove. The Jack is a
