PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED LAMPS FOR EACH OF THE LIGHTING FIXTURES
UNDER THIS PROJECT. ALL BALLASTS AND LAMPS SHALL BE
COMPATIBLE FOR THE DESIGN INTENT SUCH AS MULTIPLE SWITCHING,
DIMMING, ETC. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO REVIEW ALL
DRAWINGS TO DETERMINE FIXTURES THAT REQUIRE DUAL BALLASTS,
DIMMABLE BALLASTS, ETC. PRIOR TO ORDERING THE FIXTURES IN
ORDER TO ENSURE PROPER EQUIPMENT IS BEING INSTALLED PER THE
DESIGN INTENT. SUCH DETAILS MAY OR MAY NOT BE REFLECTED IN
THE FIXTURE SCHEDULE.
LOW AND NORMAL POWER FACTOR BALLASTS WILL NOT BE
PERMITTED. ALL BALLASTS SHALL BE OF HIGH POWER FACTOR TYPE,
90% OR BETTER.
PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED ACCESSORIES, MOUNTING DEVICES, BOXES,
SUSPENSION CABLES, TRANSFORMERS, ETC. AS REQUIRED FOR A
COMPLETE INSTALLATION REGARDLESS OF THE CATALOG NUMBER IN
THE FIXTURE SCHEDULE.
CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE SURFACES WHERE THE FIXTURES
WILL BE INSTALLED TO ENSURE ALL REQUIRED MOUNTING HARDWARE,
COMPATIBLE FOR INSTALLATION ON THE TYPE OF CEILING, ARE BEING
PURCHASED PRIOR TO ORDERING.
ALL SUSPENDED FIXTURES SHALL BE SUSPENDED TO THE HEIGHT
ABOVE THE FLOOR AS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS AND/OR
SCHEDULE OR AS DIRECTED IN THE FIELD BY THE ENGINEER.
PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED MOUNTING HARDWARE, CANOPIES, STEM,
CABLE, ETC. FOR A COMPLETE INSTALLATION.
WHERE LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING FIXTURES ARE INDICATED THAT ARE
BEING DIMMED, THE RESPECTIVE STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER,
ADEQUATELY SIZED FOR THE NUMBER OF LAMPS, SHALL BE
