NOTICE TO BIDDERS: The Project Manual and Drawings for the above referenced project are hereby amended
as follows:
CLARIFICATIONS
Some 95% Quality Assurance review sheets have been inadvertently distributed as part of some 100% bidding
drawing sets. Confirm that all sheets in the document set being reviewed are 100% bidding documents dated
March 8, 2012. Please contact Action Reprographics for any drawing sets that require replacement.
The following clarification note should be referred to for all project manuals and project drawings:
“Clarification: It is the Contractor’s responsibility to see that he has all pertinent information for bidding
this project. Because of mass production of the Project Manuals and Drawings, there may be some
misplaced or missing pages in the manuals. Should a page or pages be missing from the manuals, please
notify DLR Group and those pages will be supplied at no additional charge.”

connection, hub adapter and steel grate as shown on Detail 1/C3.1. Concrete work to be completed by
