Highlights of Research Work: I have more than 20 years’ research experience. My
topic of research is ‘Users’ Services in the University Libraries in Madhya Pradesh: A
Survey’. The five students have been awarded Ph. D. under my supervision and 8
are working. More than 26 papers in the journals, 42 papers in conference
proceedings, 15 chapters in the various edited books, 01 book, 01 Seminar
proceedings (edited jointly) and more than 12 abstracts have been published. I have
attended more than 19 conferences/seminars, etc. I also have organized 02 National
conferences as ‘Organizing Secretary’ and 01 as ‘Chairman’
Any other Information: I have almost 23 years’ P. G. teaching experience of the
University Teaching Departments. Major administrative designations on which either
working or worked are Dean of the School, Head of the Department, Dean Students
Welfare, University Librarian (i/c), etc. I also have either worked or working as
member of the various committees like, Planning Board of the University, Board of
Management, Academic Council, University Level Purchase Committee, School
Board, Board of Post Graduate Studies, etc.
I have worked as a member in more than 15 selection committees starting from
Professor/Librarian to Library attended and else, etc. at various places throughout
India.
