EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Subject to the terms and conditions below, Australian Musical Imports warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser that
providing it has been regularly serviced, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year
from the date of such original purchase, with the exception of speakers, vacuum tubes, bulbs, and meters which are covered for 90
days from the date of original consumer purchase.
YOU MUST RETAIN YOUR SALES RECEIPT. IT IS REQUIRED AS PROOF OF YOUR PURCHASE. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT SUCH SALES RECEIPT
AMI WARRANTY ONLY COVERS PURCHASES FROM AN AUTHORISED AMI DEALER. YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER
SHOULD BE THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT WHEN WARRANTY OR SERVICE OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED. WE
RECOMMEND RETURNING TO THE DEALER WHERE THE PURCHASE WAS MADE.

The cost of claiming under this warranty, including return of any product to Australian Musical Imports, or the delivery to Australian
Musical Imports nominated Authorised Dealer, must be borne by the consumer.
Australian Musical Imports will at its expense and at its option:- (a) repair the product; or (b) replace the product; or (c) supply
equivalent product; or (d) pay the cost of such repair, supply or replacement.
We will not be liable for defects which are a result of:
• Setups, adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind;
• Failings or deterioration due to accidents, neglect, abuse or abnormal use;
• Damage or defect resulting from unauthorised removal, replacement or interference with parts;
• Any repair or service performed by anyone other than Australian Musical Imports authorised dealer;
• Any product whose serial number is missing, unable to be read, defaced or has been altered or tampered with in any manner;
• Any product which has been modified
• Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting or warpage of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with
sun, fire, moisture, body salts or acids of perspiration, any other chemicals or suitable polishes;
• Normal wear and tear on any part of the product, including jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, screws;
• Case and case hardware;
• Mic clips or battery clips;
• Damage, corrosion or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air or exposure to the moisture;
• Any product which has been hired out; or
• Transportation, insurance or freight charges associated with claims under this warranty.
Australian Musical Imports does not accept any liability in connection with this warranty for any consequential damage or economic
loss whether direct or indirect, to any person or property, arising from breakdown or failure of the product.
Australian Musical Imports liability under this warranty is limited to the lesser of the replacement cost or repair cost of the product.
Repair service of defects covered by this warranty can only be performed by the Authorised Dealer designated by Australian
Musical Imports, Australian Musical Imports technicians, or authorised service agent.
Statutory Guarantees
This Warranty against defects is provided in addition to other rights and remedies that you have at law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure.
