Week 3 Mini-Wellness Challenges:
 Substitute a healthy snack into your day
o (ex: enjoy a piece of fruit instead of a bag of chips, eat yogurt
and granola instead of a cookie, etc)
 Get at least 8 hours of sleep 2 nights during the week
 Try one of our recommended fitness apps!
o (Nike Training, Sworkit, Bodyspace, Mapmyrun, Runtastic
Pedometer, Waterlogged, Meditation Experience, Happify,
Myfitnesspal, CSPI Chemical Cuisine, Yos)
 Weigh yourself
 Get the recommended amount of vegetables for one day (~2.5-3cups)
