Stanley F. Williams Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Terma North America Inc. Stanley “Stan” Williams was appointed Vice President & CFO in Terma North America Inc. in June 2010. His areas of management responsibilities include Corporate Finance, HR, Procurement, Business Management, and IT. Since 2006, he previously held the posts as Finance Manager and Director of Finance at Terma North America. About Stan Williams Stan Williams joined Terma North America in July 2006 as Finance Manager. Promoted in 2009 to Director of Finance, Mr. Williams was then elevated to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2010. In this role, Mr. Williams manages Terma North America’s project management, financial planning and control, budgeting, accounting, human resource support, procurement, IT and other areas of business management. Prior to joining Terma North America, Mr. Williams served as Contracts and Pricing Manager of RGII Technologies, a subsidiary of Computer Horizons Corporation, an information technology service provider headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland. Beyond managing the company's proposal activities, Mr. Williams also supervised RGII's corporate marketing, the market research, and business intelligence activities, as well as the GWAC/MAS contracting activities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Williams was a managing member of a financial consulting firm in Annapolis, Md. for 13 years specializing in business planning, consulting, debt and equity services for businesses and investors, as well as mergers and acquisitions primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. Along the way, Mr. Williams has also worked for Orbital Sciences, Martin Marietta Corp. and RCA Government Systems Group as a lead in a variety of finance and business management positions. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Baltimore. He lives in Crownsville, Maryland with his wife Maggie and daughter Emma Jean.
