equipment room
The integrated SmartRow ™ solution of Emerson may help provide cost-effective integrated equipment room for you; while at
the same time, it can serve as a modular unit to help you achieve your IT objectives in equipment rooms of different sizes and
complexities.
SmartRow ™ system occupies an area of 4.5m2, provides up to 118U’s available server space and 100 available output
interfaces; the total power capacity is 12KW. The SmartRow product is primarily composed of cabinet, frame, cooling unit,
monitoring system, UPS, power distribution unit and other functional units.

is under the protection of UPS,
so when the power is off or
the compressor fails, the air
circulation continues, thus
providing sufficient emergency
response time for the customers.
The equipment, environmental and
safety information in the system is
collected wholly at one time and
the ecological system of the whole
SmartRow is managed via one interface,
thus totally realizing unattended
operation.
Server management unit
The KVM switch transmits signals to the
Web browser at the remote control end
via local control or network, making the
access and control over the server much
easier.
Enclosed support unit
The enclosed chamber of the
unit frame provides emergency
fan (powered by UPS) and the
intelligent control unit can perform
emergenc y linkage control,
thus avoiding abnormal system
temperature rise in case of cooling
system failure.
Power supply and distribution unit
Highly reliable, efficient and compact UPS is provided, facilitating the
socket-level energy consumption management of equipment.
Unattended operation
All -day intelligent monitor ing of the
equipment room can be realized through
the network monitoring function.

Optimizing management
The device running state, alarm and other
history records are viewable. The system
performance can be enhanced through
the KVM management server.
