Sir,
Kindly recall the instruction of Director General during steering committee
meeting through video conferencing held on 12/0112012 regarding processing of all bills
through ERPonly. It was ordered by Director General that from 1st February 2012 no
payment will be made by Accounts Branch without online bill processed by user
department. On the same issue the Project Director of WIPRO ensured seamless
functioning of ERPand instant support in case of any snag.
Therefore in view of instruction of Director General and virtual use of ERP,it is
requested to ensure that all bills must be processed through system and accounts branch
will make payment only after creating payment voucher. In case of any problem in process
the person as per annexure "A" should be contacted over telephone and email
immediately and ensure that the problem is resolved.
