Trust.
Back-Up is a dynamic national charity that works with people paralysed through spinal cord injury, to build self confidence and independence. We offer peer support, challenging courses and integrated events. You can check out our website on www.backuptrust.org.uk

We currently have a staff team of 17 people based in Wandsworth, and draw heavily on a range of experienced volunteers who run and volunteer on courses, help with fundraising, visit spinal injury centres and act as advocates for our work. Back-Up aims to be a fun and rewarding place to work with an open, inclusive and supportive culture. Back-Up is growing, and has ambitious plans to expand the range of services we offer to people with spinal cord injury, and to increase the impact of our work.
The Back-Up Trust is embarking upon a 5 year plan to take the charity through to 2015 and a new vision of services for people coming to terms with Spinal Cord Injury.
You will play a key role in shaping the overall strategy of the organisation and driving forward new initiatives to ensure long terms sustainability.
Leading an established team your initiative, creativity and management skills will ensure the success of the ambitious plans for fundraising growth.
