Purpose of Role: To develop projects around business development, marketing and PR
Location: Brockman Hall, L13 7HA
Time: At least one day a week to be arranged
Tasks:

Research new disability related initiatives in sport, education and employment

Project development

Bid writing
Volunteers need to have:
Management experience
Previous knowledge in business development would be valuable.
Care, Compassion and Empathy
Enthusiasm
Reliability
Good communication
Flexible attitude to types of tasks that may be required within the role
Respect for the organisation’s policies
A willingness to participate in relevant and appropriate training in order to carry out the duties required of the role

Volunteer meetings :
As part of our team you will be invited to volunteer training and/or social meetings. Volunteer are welcomed into a fun, inclusive learning environment.
Volunteers will be offered:
• Reimbursement of reasonable out of pocket travel expenses (receipts required)
• Training to be able to carry out the tasks required of them
• Support and supervision
