Premier Klercide-CR Biocide T has a broad spectrum of
activity and is particularly effective against bacteria and
yeasts. It contains glucoprotamin®, a unique patented
microbiocidal agent which will be supported through the
Biocidal Products Directive. It also contains a non-ionic
surfactant which will provide some cleaning activity on a
lightly soiled surface.

Easy to use
The single unit dose, comprising one 20 ml sachet of liquid disinfectant, minimises handling
prior to dilution. It also assists correct usage by reducing the risk of dilution errors. Ideal for
use with the Klercide Mopping Systems, it is non-corrosive at its diluted concentration.

Cost effective
A unit dose means there is less unused product to discard. There is no need for filtration prior to
use. Dilution allows treatment of large areas. One 20 ml sachet makes 8 litres of ready to use
disinfectant.
Description
Premier Klercide-CR Biocide T is a sterile liquid disinfectant containing glucoprotamin as the
active ingredient. Glucoprotamin has a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria (including
mycobacteria), yeasts and enveloped viruses. It is partially effective against some nonenveloped viruses. No additional activators are required.
Pleasant smelling, Premier Klercide-CR Biocide T has excellent material compatibility with a
wide range of cleanroom materials.
It leaves no sticky residues so is especially suitable for disinfecting large areas, such as floors,
walls and ceilings. It is supplied in a 20 ml sachet for dilution with 8 litres of water of suitable
quality for the environment in which it is to be used.

Premier Klercide-CR Biocide T also includes a non-ionic surfactant which helps to remove soil on
hard surfaces. Each aluminium laminated polyethylene sachet is filled in a Grade D (ISO Class
8) cleanroom and five sachets are double bagged together, before irradiation at no less than
25 kGy.

Protocol
Pour the contents of one sachet into 8 litres of cool water of suitable quality for the environment
it is to be used in. Mix gently and use immediately. Diluted liquid can be applied directly onto a
non-porous hard surface using a cleanroom mop, such as the Klercide Mopping System, or
cleanroom wipe.
Allow a minimum contact time of 5 minutes for bacteria or 15 minutes for yeasts. Where
residues must be totally eliminated, wipe down with water. Premier Klercide-CR Biocide T can be
used as part of a rotational regime. Standard best practice of disinfect, wipe and rinse routine
should always be used and note should be taken of the safety datasheet which gives
conditions and chemicals to avoid for each product.
