1. The Web site of National Institute of Wind Energy, an autonomous institution under Ministry of
New & Renewable Energy, Government of India, contains some derived data products based on
real-time data with only limited quality control. NIWE does not guarantee the currency,
correctness, accuracy, reliability, or any other aspect regarding characteristics or use of the
information presented. The user accepts sole responsibility and risk associated with the use of
the data provided through NIWE website.

Disclaimer for the Purchase of SRRA Data Products

Data recorded by stations of the Solar Radiation Resource Assessment (SRRA) of National Institute of Wind
Energy, an autonomous institution under the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, Government of India are
measured by operational instruments of high quality and are documented in the report purely based on the
analysis and interpretation of solar and meteorological parameters of the SRRA sites. Efforts have been
made to provide error free information; however there may be errors/data gaps arising due to operational
and handling of voluminous data and technical issues associated with instruments/ equipments/sites. Latest
analytical tools available have been employed for data processing and quality checks to provide
data/reports/results.
However, sometimes even the very best instrumentation, highest effort O&M and
most intense QC may not provide error free realistic data.

in
no
way
be
responsible
or
liable
for
any
consequences
including
technical/commercial/operational/environmental and legal implications that may arise due to the usage of
the data/report/results by any party at any time. The responsibility for the usage, verification of
data/reports/results and the consequences thereof, lies entirely with the user.
