This Order is entered pursuant to C.R.S. 19-1-111(1) and 19-3-203. The Guardian ad
Litem shall represent the best interest of the children.
The Guardian ad Litem and representatives of the Office of Guardian ad Litem shall have
access, without further authorizations or releases, to all relevant information regarding the
child(ren), including but not limited to psychiatric, psychological, drug, alcohol, medical, law
enforcement, school, social services, and financial reports, evaluations school information, and
other information. School information shall include records, files, documents, and other
materials maintained by the school district which contain information directly relating to a

student and specifically includes automated e-mails and phone calls sent or made by the school
or school district relating to absences tardies and grades; it also specifically includes all access
via pin and password to any information on the school district’s parent/student internet system,
for access including but not limited to attendance, behavior issues, student schedules, report
cards/marks, and graduating requirements.
