After you crash you will need to restart the robot by
switching it off and then on again by the “ON/OFF”
switch.
Do not operate the robot in direct sunlight.
Do not block the red IR transmitter on the remote
control
Do not stick any other lables on the remote control as it
will effect the signal.
Be gentle with the control sticks when flying to
prevent extreme movements.
When learning to fly concentrate on the learning how
to use the left throttle stick first and controlling the
robot in height. Try to keep it at a constant height of
around 1m. With very gentle movements on the left
throttle stick.
BATTLE ROBOTS
- Read this manual before use.
-This product is designed for indoor use only.
- Fly in a space clear of obstacles.
- Never put any body parts near the rotating
blades.
- The red indicator light on tehe transmitter will come on and flash.
- Place the robot on a flat level surface and turn on.
- Push the left hand throttle stick all the way up to the top and then to the bottom of the transmitter. The red indicator light will stop flashing and
remain on. (this means the robot and transmitter are connected). If it does not work repeat the process.
- Make sure you keep 1-2 metres away from
any other people when flying.
- Always keep the robot in view when flying.
- Set the infra-red band selector on the transmitter to A or B. (Make sure it is the opposite of the other players robot). Turn the ON/OFF switch
to “ON”.
- If you are using a second robot make sure you do the connection process one at a time keeping the other robot a minimum of 3 metres away.
PARTS DIAGRAM
- Always turn the remote control and robot off
when not flying.
TRIMMING
- Power the robot up to 0.5 metres above the ground.
- If the robot moves to the right or spins clockwise (Pic 7 + 8). Press the trimmer button on the left until it stops (Pic 9).
- If the robot moves to the left or spins anti-clockwise (Pic 10 + 11). Press the trimmer button on the right until it stops
(Pic 12).
1. The robot has three llives. There is an indicator light on the chest of the robot.
- When it gets hit the first time the indicator light flashes slowly and the robot spins.
- When it gets hit the second time the indicator light flashes rapidly and the robot spins.
- When it gets hit the third time the indicator light remains lit and the robot spins.
After this the robot descends slowly, you can not control it and it lands. After a short while it will reset and you can fly it again.
2. The way you shoot using the remote control is by pushing the firing button on the top of the controller and it will make a firing noise and
flash.
Only when the robots are parallel to each other and facing each other they can fight.
- Never allow young children the robot this
without adult supervision.
- If it is damaged do not use the robot.

Recommended space for use is 10ft x 17ft by

Make sure the area is cleared of obstacles
Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
Exhausted betteries should be removed from the
transmitter.
The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.
- Always remove the batteries when not in use.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- Keep the robot away from direct heat.
- Do not submurge the robot or transmitter in
water.
- Do not dispose of the batteries in a fire.
- Do not leave the batteries near a heat source.
- Do not through the batteries on to a hard surface.
- Do not immerse the batteries in water
- Use the charger only for charging the robot battery.
- Do not over dis-charge the batteries.
- Do not connect the battery to a power socket.
- Do not solder the batteries differently.
- Do not dissasemble the battery.
- Charge the battery every 6 months.
- Turn the robot and transmitter off after use.
- Please recycle old batteries in the correct WEE bin
INSTALLING THE TRANSMITTER BATTERIES
Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws on the
battery casing (anticlockwise) (pic 1).
Put 6 x AA batteries (not included) in to the
battery compartment in the correct polarity.
Tighten the screws (clockwise) (pic 3).
To make the robot fly up, push the left throttle stick up to lower it slowly release the stick. Use very smooth movements to enable you to fly
smoothly. (Pic 13 + 14)
Turn on the remote control
The green LED light flashes when charging (pic.6). When charging is completed the green LED light will remain “ON”. Remove the charging plug.
When the robot is in the air, push the right hand direction stick left or right smoothly and the robot will
spin clockwise (Pic 16) or counter clockwise (Pic 15)
Note: Before you recharge the battery allow the 10-15 minutes for the battery to cool down.
CHANGING THE ANGLE OF THE ROBOTS LEGS
When the robots legs are straight, it moves forward incredibly
fast and is hard to control.
When the robots legs are move backwards one notch, it
moves forward a lot slower and is easier to control.
When the robots legs are completely backwards, it moves
forwards very slowly. (suitable for beginners)
- low battery power
- Change to another environment avoid direct lighting.
You can not move the arms of the
robots as they are fixed.
- Place the robot on a flat surface.
- Slowly increase the throttle.
- Do not stare at the transmitter look at the robot.
- Push the left throttle stick up.
- As soon as the robot lifts in to the ir reduce the throttle stick slightly.
- VERY gently push the throttle stick up if the robot moves down.
- VERY gently move the throttle stick down if the robot moves up.
- Always use gentle movements of the left direction stick.
- Avoid fast speeds with the robot to keep a stable flight.
Robot VS Defense Hub
1. Open the box and remove the “TRY ME” key out of the defense hub.
2. “Fighting” mode: When it is switched on it will not straight away send out am infra-red fighting signal. Only once
it is hit it will start.
3. Every time it gets hit by the robots infra-red fighting beam it will change colour.
4. There are 8 different colours which indicate 8 different lives of the hub.
5. Every time the defense hub gets hit the infra-red fighting beams from the hub will reduce in frequency.
6. Every time the defense hub gets hit it will make an explosion sound.
7. After 8 minutes of no use it will enter a standby phase. You will have to touch the defense hub to restart it.
1. The defense hub should be hung on the wall and form a straight line with the robot.
2. The defense hub will shoot in a 30 degree ark and up to 5m.
