Juno LED Downlights retain the pleasing aesthetics of the
Juno recessed lighting family. They utilize a selection of
existing Juno 5” and 6” trims and replicate the deep
lamp regression and appearance of a short-neck frosted
PAR30 incandescent lamp. The result is an attractive
recessed fixture with excellent lamp shielding that
captures the look and feel of incandescent lighting.
And all Juno LED Downlights are dimmable either as a
standard or as an option.
Juno LED Downlights – available in both 600 lumen
IC and 900 lumen TC models – help you reach your
sustainability objectives and comply with many of today’s
stringent energy codes, by cutting power requirements to
the bone.
Extraordinary Service Life
Juno LED Downlights provide 50,000 hours of operation,
resulting in over 11 years of maintenance-free operation
based on 12 hours of usage per day. That’s 25 times the
life expectancy of incandescent; 5 times that of compact
fluorescent. In residential applications and other low
usage applications, service life can outlast the ownership
of the property, truly redefining “maintenance-free.”

5" and 6" new construction and remodel LED Air-Loc housings
Five and six-inch, IC-rated LED housings are available in new
construction and remodel styles. All are approved for use in either
insulated or non-insulated ceilings. Juno LED Downlights include
push-in electrical connectors and offer the easy installation features
Juno is famous for.
Advanced thermal management
The Juno LED Downlight employs an efficient cast-aluminum heat
sink integrated directly with the housing to maintain the LED junction
temperature below the manufacturer’s published limits, even when
covered with insulation. At the end of their 50,000 hour rated life, the
LEDs can be expected to produce 70% of their initial light output
with imperceptible changes in color.

High-output LED light engine
Incorporates Nichia high lumen 1-watt LEDs. Nichia is widely known
as a leader in providing reliable LEDs with the most consistent,
natural-appearing color rendering. The light engine can be specified
with 3000K, 3500K, or 4100K to suit a variety of residential and
commercial applications. For added peace of mind, the LED light
engine can be easily and quickly replaced using the PC board
mounted quick-connector.
Extensive trim options
Juno LED recessed housings are compatible with a broad selection
of existing Juno 5" and 6" open and lensed trims. A dedicated
LED scoop trim is also available for wall wash applications.

Joist Construction
New construction housings are supplied with the Juno Real Nail 3®
bar hanger system. This system allows for quick and secure placement
of the housing anywhere within 24" on-center joists or suspended
ceilings. The captive bugle-headed nail secures the fixture in wood
joist construction. For suspended ceilings, the integral T-bar notch
can be used to secure the housing onto the ceiling grid – no accessory
clips required.

optic system that provides optimal light
distribution while minimizing brightness and

Juno’s driver design accommodates input
voltages from 120 to 277 volts AC. The
“intelligent” state-of-the-art driver will supply
the proper, constant current to the LED light
engine under a wide range of operating
conditions. Dimming can be economically
and reliably achieved using Juno qualified
electronic low voltage 120 volt dimmers.

Juno TC-Rated 900 Lumen LED Downlight
offers next-generation performance for commercial applications,
a recessed lighting breakthrough
A complete offering of 5" and 6" LED fixtures for new construction
Five and six-inch, TC-rated, new construction LED housings are approved
for use in non-insulated ceilings or in environments where insulation can
be pulled back at least three inches from all sides of the housing. Juno
LED Downlights are available with non-dimming, 0-10 volt or Lutron
Hi-Lume® driver options and offer optional emergency battery back-up.
Efficient thermal management
The super-efficient, cast-aluminum heat sink is integrated directly
with the housing to maintain the LED junction temperature below the
manufacturer’s published limits. Superior heat management ensures
that the LEDs will reach or exceed their rated service life of 50,000
hours; at which time, they will still produce at least 70% of their initial
light output with imperceptible color change.

The TC-Rated Juno LED Downlight incorporates the latest generation
of Nichia high lumen LEDs, producing over 900 lumens from just
25-watts* input. The light engine offers consistent, natural-appearing
color rendering and can be specified with 3000K, 3500K, or 4100K to
suit a variety of commercial applications. The LED light engine can
be easily and quickly replaced using the PC board mounted
quick-connector.

Installation is fast and versatile, featuring a commercial plaster ring
with butterfly mounting brackets that accept half-inch conduit or “C”
channels, linear flat bars, or Real Nail® 3 bar hangers. The aluminum
housing can accommodate up to one-inch ceiling thickness.

The Juno LED Downlights are far less costly to operate than any comparable light
source. With a 50,000-hour service life, they last 25 times longer than incandescent and
5 times longer than CFL. The reduction in operating expense is dramatic.

Residential, retail, commercial… it’s the right light

commercial – Juno LED Downlights are the new, improved
approach to recessed lighting. Low energy consumption,
remarkably long life, minimal heat generation, and uniform
illumination make them the right answer for so many
applications.
Residential lighting
In residential lighting, the Juno IC-Rated LED Downlight with
a color temperature of 3000K produces the warm, natural
illumination usually associated with incandescent fixtures.
And with the physical appearance of a conventional recessed
downlight, it offers homeowners the “look” they desire. The
600-lumen output is ideal for most residential applications
and provides lighting equal to the popular 65W BR30
incandescent lamp. The high efficiency of LEDs sharply
reduces energy bills, and with a life span of 50,000 hours or
more, some homeowners may never need to replace them.

Retail lighting
Juno LED Downlights are ideal for many retail lighting
applications. With 3000K, 3500K and 4100K color temperatures
to choose from, they provide high-performance illumination
in a wide range of retail situations, from product displays to
general lighting. And because there are no UV emissions,
sensitive fabrics, artwork, wall coverings and other materials
can be illuminated without fear of damage from fading.
With only 14 watts* of power required to produce over 600
lumens, the Juno IC-Rated LED Downlight reduces energy
costs and can play a major role in complying with today’s
stringent energy-conservation codes. At over 900 lumens, the
TC-rated unit is perfect for the higher-ceiling applications
featured by many leading retailers. Unlike CFLs, LEDs contain
no mercury, and lamp disposal is not an issue. Add the
50,000-hour service life, and you have one of the lowest
cost-of-ownership solutions in the industry.
Commercial lighting
Offices, restaurants, hospitals, hotel lobbies and guest
rooms…these are just a few of the many commercial
environments in which the Juno LED Downlights excel.
With lower power requirements than most comparable CFL
fixtures, energy expenditures for lighting can be substantially
reduced. Cool operation also cuts energy costs by reducing
air conditioning loads. And the 50,000-hour service life offers
tremendous maintenance advantages. In addition to slashing
re-lamping costs, hard-to-reach fixture locations do not need
