Prepare for a professional career in communication, community development, criminal justice, education, government, publishing,
writing, or social work. This course offers maximum flexibility if you are undecided about career choice. You will develop a strong
foundation in communication and research skills, and knowledge about society, culture and creativity. You will then have the
flexibility to choose from 10 majors to optimise your career focus, including: communication studies, gender studies, aboriginal
yulendj, literary studies, history, political science, writing, sociology, Vietnamese, and visual art. You will have the opportunity to
study internationally, and to participate in real world projects with industry and community partners. This course provides a
pathway to professional degrees, with block credit for first year.
