U.S. Domestic Sales Limited Warranty Statement
What is Covered
SoundTube Entertainment warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free from manufacturer’s
defects (defects in materials and workmanship) for five (5) years (3 years on all electronics) from the date of
purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
What is not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessories. Damage to the product caused by accident, misuse,
improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper electrical and audio connections, negligence,
misapplication (installed in applications near corrosive minerals, materials or chemicals), acts of God, or
repair or modification by other than an authorized SoundTube Entertainment service facility are not covered
by this Limited Warranty.
Repair or Replacement
During the warranty period, SoundTube Entertainment will repair or replace any product that proves to be
defective, provided that you return the product to a SoundTube Entertainment authorized service facility. The
reseller is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the service facility. SoundTube Entertainment
is responsible for the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product to the reseller. Repair parts and
replacement product will be either reconditioned or new.
If you have questions about the performance of your SoundTube Entertainment product, call the SoundTube
Entertainment Customer Service Department at (435) 647-9555, from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through
Friday (M.S.T.), excluding holidays. Representatives will help you determine whether or not the product
requires repair, and will give you return authorization instructions.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
The above are the only warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, that are made by SoundTube Entertainment
on this SoundTube Entertainment product. No oral or written information or advice given by SoundTube
Entertainment, its dealers, distributors, agents, or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the
scope of this Limited Warranty, and you may not rely on any such information or advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SoundTube Entertainment or anyone
else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this product be liable for any direct,
indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, and the like) arising out of breech of this warranty even if SoundTube
Entertainment has been advised of the possibility of such damages. There are no warranties that extend
beyond the description on the face hereof. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
liability or consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
Miscellaneous
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the U.S.A. and the State of Utah. Should you have any
