Well appreciated for its design and
versatility Franco Family grows with
the introduct of Mini Franco so to
offer more and more an effective
indoor and outdoor lighting for
walls, ceilings, floors, promenades,
walkways, pedestrian areas and
pathways. Furthermore, its versatility
(it can be mounted on walls, poles or
ceilings) makes Mini Franco the ideal
fitting to light architectural details.

Mini Franco Z1
Description
Outdoor luminaire for installation on wall or on pole. Configuration: phosphochromatised and polyester powder coated die-cast aluminium structure (three
colours available), pure aluminium optics, tempered extra-clear glass diffuser, silicone
gasket and stainless steel screws. Electrical components are housed into the body.
The luminaire is equipped with a graduated coated aluminium fixing plate allowing
a precise installation on the wall. To be full cut-off (Z1 – no light pollution) the luminaire
must be installed with a downward emission.

The high degree of protection (IP65)
allows installation on most extreme
outdoor settings and, thanks to the
discreet design, it can also be easily
included on indoor projects for shops,
showrooms, museums and shopping
centres.

Description

Ares is proud to introduce a range of
products equipped with highly developed LED modules. With an output of
80-90 lumens per Watt (lm/W) these
new models can easily replace, as
far as the emission is concerned,
small halogen and fluorescent lamps
(3 LEDs for 1W each emit the same
flux as a 15W halogen lamp or a 5W
compact fluorescent lamp)
In recent years LEDs are widely available and, thanks to high efficacy,
efficiency and safety, are more and
more present in lighting. The decision
to equip modules with remote low
tension (24V) transformers is our answer to the increasing need for safer
and longer lasting products, suitable
for areas were mains voltage is highly
forbidden. What is more, parallel connection allows an easy-to-make installation.
CUBE family hosts a single LED that
can be directly connected to the
mains voltage (230V) and is available in the colours white (5500K) and
warm white (3000K).
ANDROMEDA family is equipped with
a 36 LEDs module working at 24V
DC.
All other families host modules made
up of 1W LEDs on MCPCB layer fitted
with voltage to current converter.
