Significant new Initiatives begun as Rector included: launching a successful monthly and then biweekly Sunday evening service for youth and young adults, the “Vibe” (2003-2012), in cooperation with Camp Artaban; starting a continuing Wednesday evening Communion service and Bible Study; overseeing a major upgrade and redecoration programme for the building, including expansion of the organ.
