Street Suite 5001 Troy, New York Notice is hereby given that Request for Proposals will be accepted up until
2:00 P.M. Prevailing Time on Monday, March 30, 2015 in the Comptroller’s Office, City of Troy, City Hall, 433
River Street, Troy, New York 12180 and should be mailed to the attention of Kathy Kussler, Purchasing
Agent, Comptroller’s Office. The City of Troy is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to
provide Solar Photovoltaic Electricity installations for Low/Moderate Income Households and associated
outreach and assistance in connection with the fulfillment of its 2015-2019 Strategic Plan of its Consolidated
Plan (CONPLAN) and 2015 One-Year Action Plan in order to meet the regulatory requirements of the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development. Troy-based Section 3 Businesses, Minority-Owned Business
Enterprises (MBEs), and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) are encouraged to submit qualified
proposals. Section 3 Contractors, Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE), and Women-owned Business
Enterprises (WBE) are encouraged to apply. The City of Troy is an Equal Opportunity Employment provider

Business Enterprise (MBE) is one, which is owned and controlled by at least fifty-one percent (51%) minority
