Once your form has been submitted to ashley@oavt.org, it will be processed within two
business days. Once processed, you will receive a contract confirming your booth number and
any additional items. Once the signed contract has been received, the OAVT will issue an
invoice for your booth and additional items.
Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred locations are
unavailable, you will be contacted to make alternative selections. You will have two business days to
make alternative selections before the OAVT will proceed to the next applicant in queue.
