Which Rain Master® Central Control Product is Right for You?
Rain Master is proud to offer two Central Control Platforms:
 Rain Master iCentral™, an Internet-Based Central Control System
o For use with the Rain Master Eagle-i™ and Eagle™ Plus Controllers
 Rain Master Oasis™, a Computer-Based Central Control System
o For use with the Rain Master DX2 Controller
Both systems provide a variety of features to help you meet your water management needs.
Rain Master iCentral provides a very flexible water management solution for anyone looking for remote
system access over the internet. From a single controller to hundreds over the United States, iCentral can
communicate, report, summarize, and adjust system-specific data. Programs may be entered or modified in
the field or from the website, automatically inform the operator anytime a field change has occurred. In
addition, the operator can initiate a rain shutdown command to one or more controllers, modify any
controller setup information, and manually turn on/off any station or program. Advanced users may set up
the iCentral website so that weather information is automatically sent to each controller every day by
inputting their respective zip code.
ZipET™, a Rain Master exclusive, provides the ability to collect and disseminate daily weather
information so that your controllers can irrigate intelligently based upon plant material demand for
water, “EvapoTranspiration” or ET. Upon receipt of the weather information, the Rain Master Eaglei or Rain Master Eagle Plus controller intelligently modifies scheduled station runtimes by replacing
just enough water to maintain plant water requirements for that day.
Automatic Schedule Generator (ASG) provides all the basic tools necessary to establish watering
parameters based on soil, plant and slope requirements. ASG automatically creates 12 monthly
schedules, each with daily ET adjustments (using ZipET or Weather Center).
Rain Master Oasis is the premier Central Control System. It is the next generation of Centralized Irrigation
Management, largely due to its unique features: Visual Positioning (VP) imaging and mapping, ET
(EvapoTranspiration) water management, WEATHERVIEW™ real time weather and AIM (Advanced Irrigation
Management) provide a number of sophisticated features to allow the irrigation professional to efficiently
manage any micro climate.
The OASIS VP site mapping tools provide an easy way to visually position and locate all DX2 field
controllers, weather stations, or other field devices. Use the “zoom” feature and highlight any
device or controller and launch programming screens, view alerts, or use the integrated note pad to
note device specific information.

The DX2 Controllers may be used as "Satellites" when operated in conjunction with the OASIS Central Control
System. Whether used as stand-alone controllers or satellites, they can be configured in a variety of enclosure
options with station sizes ranging from 6-48 stations. In some parts of the world, the occurrence of lightning and its
effects on electronics are much more prevalent and severe. All DX2 controllers now come equipped with transient
protection. This standard feature provides increased protection against lightning-induced transients and includes

MINIMUM ORDER:
$200 net for whole goods or a combination of whole goods and accessories or parts. $50 net for accessories or parts.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

TERMS:
All invoices not paid by net due date will be subject to a service charge of no less than 1.5% per month. Late charge will
automatically be assessed on all past due accounts. (18% annual percentage rate).
TITLE AND ASSUMED RISK:
The purchaser assumes possession at factory, after which, injury or destruction of the product as described in the invoice is borne
by the purchaser and damage, loss or destruction shall not release the purchaser from payment responsibilities.
CREDIT:
Payment is required in advance on initial orders until credit has been established with Rain Master.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE AND RESTOCKING CHARGES:
Merchandise may not be returned without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from the factory. This number must be placed on all
documentation and written on the outside of the carton. All merchandise must be shipped prepaid to Rain Master’s factory and will be subject to
factory inspection and a restocking charge of 25%. All returns of “new” merchandise (non warranty) must be returned in their original carton, in a
like new condition, complete with all manuals and documentation. Any damage caused by shipping or other circumstances, missing manuals and
or documentation, or the replacement of the original carton (due to damage) will be the financial responsibility of the customer and billed in
addition to the 25% restocking fee.
RETURN OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
ONLY with written approval and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Rain Master. Subject to a 50% restocking charge.

RAIN MASTER® WARRANTY
Excluding software and products formerly produced
under the Rain Master™ brand name, Rain Master®
offers the following coverage to its trade customers:
For the first year from the date of original sale to the
trade customer, product may be exchanged “hasslefree” over-the-counter, should it have original
manufacturing defects. For years two through five
from the date of original sale to the trade customer,
all parts which are found to have original
manufacturing defects, shall be repaired or replaced
(Rain Master’s choice), provided the product is
returned to the original place of purchase or sent to
the Rain Master Controller repair facility at 5825
Jasmine St, Riverside CA 92504, postage paid.
All Rain Master Controllers have a 5-year warranty; all
other Rain Master products (accessories) have a 2year warranty.
Rain Master Oasis Software has a 90-day warranty. All
computer hardware purchased from Rain Master in
conjunction with its PC related software is NOT
covered by any Rain Master warranty. Computer
hardware and the installed operating system(s) is
specifically covered by the hardware manufacturer's
warranty as provided by the hardware manufacturer.
This warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the
product due to improper installation, abuse,
alteration, mishandling, accident, or if the product has
been serviced by other than Rain Master or its
authorized service centers. This warranty is not a
consumer warranty and does not extend to anyone
other than those trade customers who purchase Rain
Master products.
NOTE: Rain Master is not liable for (i) failure of
products not manufactured by Rain Master even
though such products may be sold or used in
conjunction with Rain Master products; (ii) indirect,
incidental or consequential damages, including but
not limited to vegetation loss during periods of
malfunction or resulting non-use; (iii) any loss or
damage (e.g., property damage) resulting from an
installer's negligence; or (iv) implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above exclusion
may not apply to you.
In no event shall Rain Master be liable or in any way
responsible, for any damages or defects in the
product which were caused by repairs or attempted
repairs performed by anyone other than an
authorized Rain Master / Rain Master Service dealer
or center.
This warranty supersedes all previous warranties and
shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by
Rain Master and shall be the sole and exclusive
remedy available to the trade customer. Correction of
defects, in the manner and period of time described
herein, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all
liabilities and responsibilities of Rain Master to the
trade customer with respect to the product, and shall
constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether
based on contract, negligence, strict liability or
otherwise.
NOTE: The user is cautioned that changes and
modifications made to the equipment without the
express written consent of the manufacturer will void
this warranty.
