Contact Educational Objectives Coupled with the experience in a research project, students will be equipped to adapt to the challenging demands in the power industries. After the course students are qualified for high level research work, principal engineering practice and engineering management positions. This underlines the actual and future industrial needs for highly qualified power engineers for various positions. As a second highlight, students will get trained in self-reliant engineering work and innovation findings based on the interdisciplinary education profile. This does not only comprise major power and control engineering disciplines but also the economic aspect in both directions, most effective research activities and commercial application of the results in the light of the work as an entrepreneur. In a third dimension the education will focus on teaching students to perfect their knowledge in soft-skills, system thinking, team supervision, project management and work-life balance issues.
