iSecure Basic is SCG’s entrant emergency response suite.
The iSecure system at one campus or facility includes:
•
First Alert
This function manages inbound & outbound communications to specified sets of personnel within
the parameters of predetermined emergency response scenarios. Logging, voice recording & time
stamping of all communications occurs. Package includes up to 50 end points; added users quoted
separately.
•
Notification Agent
This function enables outbound Automated notifications to a predetermined group via email for up
to 200 trusted recipients. Includes logging and time stamping of all communications.
•
Report Generator
Mid-incident and post incident reports can be generated reflecting all logged activity.
Maintenance Services – A three year maintenance contract includes:

Three month warranty on all SCG hardware components
◦
24 x 7 x 365 support lines with 4 hour response for SCG hardware failures. (Replacement
hardware out of warranty is an added cost.)
◦
Quarterly remote testing of the system from SCG’s service facility
◦
Periodic software upgrades
There is an annual or a three year commitment for Maintenance Services.
Implementation Services – are quoted separately for each facility. They include:

configuration of the facility. EECDs are configured as 8, 16 or 24 endpoint controllers.
