Vacuum infused epoxy based vinyl ester cored GRP
White (isophtalic) gelcoat with black decorative bands
Optimal strength/weight ratio - achieved by using multiaxial and
unidirectional E-glass fibers
Transparent gel coat under waterline for visual quality control
Thermal and sound insulated hull and deck
Reinforcements in infused GRP bonded to the hull with
structural glue.
Stainless steel reinforcement in way of keel
Stress areas (where winches and major deck fittings are fixed) reinforced with aluminum or higher density core
Hull and deck are screwed and bonded with structural glue
