Measuring Instructions
For the best measuring and fit, keep the tape measure straight but not tight, and
measure over undergarments.
Where to Measure Woman
1. Bust: Measure around shoulder blades, underarms, to the fullest part of the bust.
“Bust” does not mean bra size.
2. Waist: Stand relaxed and measure around the narrowest part of the waistline.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part, normally about 7 inches below the waistline.
Where to Measure Men
1.Neck: Measure around the middle of the neck. Tape should be snug but not tight.
2.Chest: Measure around the fullest part, around shoulder blades. Tape should be
snug but not tight.
3.Waist: Stand relaxed and measure around the natural waistline.
4. Sleeve Length: Bend elbow and measure from center of back to neck,. across the
shoulder past the elbow to the wrist.
