DESCRIPTION
S P E C I F I C AT I O N F E AT U R E S
The HBM is the optimum
choice in high bay lighting
systems with a mounting
height of not less than 5 m.
Excellently suited for industrial areas, stores and sport
halls.
- Prewired lamp gear (ballast,
ignitor, capacitor and lamp
holder) is available on an
individual white painted
steel sheet gear tray.
S P E C I F I C AT I O N F E AT U R E S
Gear Housing (IP65)
- Sturdy high pressure die
cast aluminum housing,
consisting of two pieces
totally sealed by silicon
rubber gasket and fastened
by stainless steel screws
(IP65).
- Gear housing is painted
with epoxy powder in a
black matt finish. Its outside
surface is molded with a
symmetrical arrangement
of air-cooling fins to accelerate ballast heat
dissipation.
Diffuser
- 4mm tempered circular
glass diffuser withstands
high temperature generated
by lamp.
- Gear tray is mounted in the
lower half of gear compartment for fast and easy
maintenance.
- The diffuser is totally
enclosed to the reflector by
rubber gasket and 3
extruded aluminum clips to
ensure protection against
dust and water jet ingress
(IP65).
- Gear housing has 2 safety
chains to facilitate
maintenance operation at
luminaire mounting height.
- For cable entry, the
compartment is equipped
with (PG13.5) cable gland.
- The diffuser can be suspended by a small chain to
make lamp maintenance
easy and fast.
Lamp Compartment (IP65)
. Installation
Reflector
- The luminaire is suspended
using a suspension chain,
22cm length.
- The anodized spun
aluminum narrow or wide
beam reflector is fastened
to the gear compartment by
screws.
