(1) New versions of browsers with rapid development cycle (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox) are certified one time
each quarter. NetSuite recommends that you turn on automatic updates for these browsers to receive the latest
security updates.
Advance Notice: Support for Internet Explorer 10 Ending in Version 2016 Release 2
As of Version 2016 Release 2, the NetSuite application will no longer support the use of Internet Explorer 10 (IE10).
As of Version 2016 Release 2, NetSuite will not be tested with IE10 and support will not be offered for defects specific to
IE10. In addition, user interface enhancements planned for releases after Version 2016 Release 2 may prevent NetSuite
from functioning at all in IE10.
If you continue to use Internet Explorer 10 until then, please note that NetSuite will stop supporting the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1
encryption protocols used by that browser as of June 2016. For more information, see Advance Notice — Deprecation of
TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1.
Important Note about Google Chrome Support in Version 2016 Release 2
As of Version 2016 Release 2, the NetSuite application will no longer support the use of the Google Chrome web browser on
the following operating systems:

Windows Vista

Mac OS X Snow Leopard (v10.6), OS X Lion (v10.7), and OS X Mountain Lion (v10.8)
If you are using Google Chrome on one of these platforms, NetSuite strongly recommends that you switch to another
supported browser or upgrade your operating system.
As of Version 2016 Release 2, NetSuite will no longer test or address any issues related to Google Chrome used on these
operating systems. In addition, user interface enhancements planned for releases after Version 2016 Release 2 may prevent
NetSuite from functioning at all in Google Chrome on these operating systems.
Advance Notice: Support for Safari 6 Ending in Version 2016 Release 2
As of Version 2016 Release 2, the NetSuite application will no longer support the use of Safari 6.
If you are using Safari 6, NetSuite strongly recommends that you upgrade to a newer version of the Safari browser or switch
to another supported browser.
As of Version 2016 Release 2, NetSuite will not be tested with Safari 6 and support will not be offered for defects specific to
Safari 6.
Touch Screen Device Support
Most user interface actions are supported on touch screen devices. However, in rare cases you may encounter minor issues.
