The Controlmaster 1000 Range has been specifically designed by
our R&D Department to meet the rigorous demands of a fast moving
and technically challenging new world. From a single stand alone
panel to the largest site imaginable, Controlmaster 1000 sees off the
competition by offering a cost effective solution to today’s complex
applications.
Versatile and Powerful
Controlmaster 1000 has at its heart, a superior processor
arrangement that not only enables highly detailed Cause and Effects
to be completed simply and easily, but actually lets the installer see
at a glance the loading on the Loop, the PSU Calculation.
For critical outputs like Plant Shutdown, status monitoring can be
displayed at the panel once the activation has occurred, together
with indication of output isolation, fault and test facilities. Detectors
fitted in the same area or room, may be grouped together so that a
single Remote LED output will operate for any detector in the group,
sensing a fire condition.
Networking
Control panels, repeater panels, graphical user interfaces and other
network peripherals can all be connected together. In extreme
terms, Controlmaster 1000 will span from one Loop to sixty-two
Loops, on one Panel, with multiple panel expansion.
Remote Terminals (Repeaters)
Three types of Remote display terminals are available. The first is an
RS Repeater, which is connected directly to any Control Panel on
the System and displays only the information relating to ‘its’ panel.
Second is a LON Repeater, which displays configurable information,
can be connected anywhere on the Network. This version can be
set to show information which is most useful to particular staff.
Third is the Controlmaster 1000R. Connected onto a Network, it will
provide all of the indication and functional controls of any other

panel connected to the same network.
CM1000 runs a dynamic simulation of the cause and effects to prove
that the various sound patterns and shutdowns will operate correctly
once the system has been handed over.
Wide Area Networks and Remote Diagnostics
With each Controlmaster Network able to accommodate an individual
IP Address there are now no limitations to size and scope of System.
This means that no matter how big your business is (even Global)
our Fire Systems can keep pace with it. Remote diagnostics across
the Internet and Condition Based Monitoring are a reality with
Controlmaster.
Displaying the Facts
A significant new feature of the Controlmaster Networking capability
is in the ability to display current information, Graphics and even
integrated CCTV pictures, to the user at key operational points.
Touch Sensitive Screens relay and display easily configurable visual
information in order that strategic decisions can be taken in the event
of an emergency situation.
Optional 24 Hour Monitoring
Controlmaster 1000 can be connected to a Chubb Alarm Receiving
Centre (ARC). This will provide 24 hour remote monitoring ensuring a
rapid response to fire or fault conditions.
Designed to exceed the latest European Standards
Our Designers set out to meet the rigorous European Standards
EN54 Part 2 & 4 Controlmaster 1000 and tested by the world famous
LPCB/BRE establishment to ensure compliance. Of course the
Controlmaster 1000 Range is capable of achieving so much more and
