6” LED dedicated New Construction IC housing with integral LED heat management casting and driver (installed on junction box). Designed for new construction installations
and suitable for use in non-insulation covered ceilings. Available in 800 lumens (17W) & 1200 lumens (26W). Lighting is smooth and comfortable while using 75% less
energy than the equivalent 75WBR30 & 100WBR30 and 25% less than the common 26W & 32W CFL luminaire. Plus, the eco-friendly Elite Lighting LED system features
70% lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours life. Elite LED luminaires are ideally suited for use in hospitality, health care, commercial, retail

Optics – GE Infusion™ LED Module, the long-lasting, low maintenance
Infusion LED module installs with a simple twist, making it extremely easy to
upgrade to more energy efficient modules as LED technology advances. It’s
the perfect energy-saving solution for today – and tomorrow. Spun 0.05” thick
reflector has been designed to gather the light scattered by the LED chip and shape
it into functional beams that minimize brightness and glare, while eliminating lamp
image. Various optical options available including 15º, 25º, 18º, 36º & 60º beam
spread as well as lensed and open reflectors.
Durability – Die-cast aluminum housing and heat management system are
engineered for extremely long life and service period. Heat sink is attached to top
of housing. The LED light engine is attached to the die-cast heat sink and is easily
replicable and upgradable. Without proper heat management, any LED luminaire
will fail. Our die-cast system pulls the heat form the LED chip, allowing continued
cool operation for years. Life tests have shown that output will be maintained at
70% of initial at 50,000 hours of operation. Our LED driver is rated for 50 to 60
Htz at 120V input, produces less than 20% THD, has a power factor between 0.90
and 1.00 and is thermally protected for additional safety. Elite’s driver is installed
on the junction box cover so it may be serviced from below the ceiling.
PERFORMANCE - The Elite LED luminaire combine with the GE Infusion LED
Module system delivers 800 lumens using only 17W or 1200 lumens using only
26W. The Elite LED luminaire is available in 27K, 30K and 40K. All Elite LED
luminaries are rated at 80+ CRI and are rated and subjected to LM-79 and LM-80
testing standards by an independent laboratory.
Dimmable – The Elite LED system is fully dimmable down to 10% of initial light
output with a 0-10 Volt dimmer when ordered with the following options (DIM10120, DIM10-277). Triac & Electronic Low Voltage dimming driver also available
when ordered with the following options (DIMTR-120). Consult Factory for details.
Our Word – The Elite LED lighting system is warranted for 3 years. As a system,
we stand behind the entire Elite products from housing to bar hangers.
Housing – Die-formed aluminum and galvanized steel for maximum heat
dissipation and rust protection. Housing can accommodate 1/2“ to 1-3/8” thick
ceiling and may be installed in 2” x 8” joist construction.
Bar Hangers –
• Double headed nail is securely positioned 20º down in a hammer swing position.
One end of bar hangers hinges 90º , and allows easy access to splice box.
• Bar hanger ends have quick location tab, can be modified to fit in 12” joist spans
without removal from housing and are equipped with additional holes and slots
for when local codes require luminaires to be additionally secured.
• Notch and tab in bar hanger ends allow installation on standard commercial
T-bars and grid ceiling supports without additional modification, clips or brackets.
• Bar hangers can be positioned on either the long or short axis of the housing and
locked in position on all sides at any place along a 24” span.
• Luminaire can also be fitted with commercial grade bar hangers for industrial
applications.
LED DRIVER/JUNCTION BOX - The LED driver is rated for 50 to 60Hz at 120V
/277V input, produces less than 20% THD, and has a power factor between 90%
and 100% and is thermally protected for additional safety. Elite’s LED driver is
installed on the junction box cover so it may be serviced from below the ceiling.
Provided with four 1/2” knockouts and two 3/4” knockout with true pryout slots and
strain clamps. Designed for straight through conduit runs. Driver is installed on the
junction box cover so it may be serviced from below the ceiling.
D. Thermal Protection – Standard thermal protection device guards against
improper installation and misuse of insulation material.
