Flexible, modular space
The right space at the right time, on terms
that are right for each business. We
understand the realities of early stage
companies and take an ‘easy in, easy out’
approach. Increasing or decreasing space
with 1 months’ notice or cease entirely
with 3 months’ notice. For more
established companies, we work together
to create bespoke spaces and longer
term leases to support and sustain
business growth.

Pay-as-you-go services
Keeping the overheads down with our
business support services BioCity based
companies make use of meeting and
conference rooms, Open Access Analytical
Lab, GMP Archiving and clerical support as
and when needed. Our shared services
provide access to additional resources on a
straightforward pay-as-you-go basis.
